At Da Marco we cook the way Italian families cook at home: pasta made by hand, pizza baked in a wood-fired oven, and a menu that changes with what the season offers. We have done it this way in Graz's old town since 1998.

### Homemade pasta

Our pasta is made by hand in our own kitchen, not bought in. It is the heart of the trattoria and the reason many guests come back.

### Wood-fired pizza

Our pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven. The fire gives the crust its character, and you can taste the difference.

### Seasonal menu

What ends up on your plate depends on the time of year. The menu changes with the seasons, so there is always something new to try.
